Please enter the tracking number of your Canpar package to check it’s location and delivery status. The shipment tracking number do not include dashes or spaces. We provide the shipment tracking data for all air, ocean freight, road and rail mail packages sent via Canpar from any shops or private persons.

The most common Canpar tracking number format is starting with 1 alphabetic character and following by 20-21 digits (e.g. D12345678901234567890). Some other less common formats may also exist - try to track your parcel in the field above.

not happy can't find my parcel that was ordered on Nov.7 and it is now Nove18 and so for the last 5 days or so when I try to track it says in Terminal and hasn't updated since Nov8-- WTH

Firstly I noticed Canpar because the rates were cheaper. When I ordered furniture to Montreal, I shipped my furniture with them. The shop messed up and didn't send them my proper information. So I called Canpar directly. I spoke to a young man who took my number. They investigated this matter, and a guy called me back. They created a pickup with the proper contact details, gave me a confirmation number and assured me it would be picked up at 3 p.m. next day. I got a confirmation call later, and my furniture was delivered in time. Thanks a lot for your held and fast delivery!

Canpar is the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. Every negative comment is true! Canpar shouldn't be in business, as other services like Canada Post offer safer and more reliable delivery service. It deserves one or even zero stars! The depot working hours on the web site and on the ticket the driver left at my door don’t correspond to each other. They are different hours completely. I went to the depot and it was closed because it operates hours that neither this company nor its driver knows about. Customer service management doesn't know what its driver is doing.

Well, Canpar worked great for me. I’ve ordered a few items online, and the company gave my email to Canpar, who emailed me on the upcoming delivery. Really appreciated the email in advance, rather than just getting something on my door. Their delivery service enables drivers to leave the parcel in a specific location or with a specific person is not available to the owner of the parcel. I live in the country and the driver left my parcel exactly where I requested it be left. However, their pickup points are usually not conveniently located and not open evenings and weekends. Anyway, I’m fully satisfied with them.
