The most common Colissimo tracking number format starts with 2 letters, follows by 9 digits and ends with 2 letters again - e.g. AA 123456789 AA. Note that other tracking numbers with different format may be also correct.

  1. 1) First of all please check your tracking number yourself or (recommended) with the sender to make sure that the parcel number is correct.
  2. 2) Secondly, notice, that it takes some time for a new package to show up in the system.

It is advised to check with local office for accurate results, because the hours of delivery vary by product and location.

Colissimo Reviews and Ratings

I have to post a negative review about Colissimo, and hope my opinion will be taken into account. The postman was probably too eager to finish his working day, he left a notice without delivering the parcel, and said he rang the bell, but it was not true. They ring the bell when they want, so we have to pick up the parcel at a post office, and we pay the price for home delivery for nothing. In view of all the other negative comments, the post office is old, dusty, and employees are incompetent, they neither refund nor care about customers. It’s better to buy a pigeon and teach it to bring parcels than to expect a good service from Colissimo.

Maybe I have been lucky so far as I see lots of negative comments, or users are complaining at the slightest mistake, I’ve never had any problem with Colissimo although I changed three addresses already. More than a dozen packages from all over Europe has been delivered in time. The delivery men are always friendly. Unlike my previous delivery service that was totally disastrous (cancellation without explanation, delays and failed delivery), Colissimo is always good. Great work!

No complicated issues with Colissimo, however, I was offered to insure my package against any damage or loss. So I was asked to insure against a job they have done wrong. It's like I'm taking a taxi, a public transport or an airplane with two different rates. One with insurance, and another one without it. Seems strange, right? I am a nurse, so I can imagine asking patients to insure against medical errors. And we pay, pay, and pay without asking any questions. Nice couriers, but I’m against any extra rates.
