DHL GM International Reviews and Ratings

I liked to ship with DHL GM International and get most of the parcels via this delivery service. It is fast, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and I receive notifications in advance when my package arrives at home. So, everything is great!

A week ago I received an SMS: You will receive a shipment from DHL with Customs charges of 40 eur. Please prepare the exact amount . But it was a letter, why should a letter pass customs? That’s weird… Then, the tracking is not updating, and letter to Brussels did not arrive. First it stopped in Leipzig for 2 days, nobody knows why, until I called them. Then it stopped in Bruges. Why did they send it to Bruges? Why not direct to Brussels? At last I received an SMS that the letter has been delivered. More than 10 days instead of 3-4! From Netherlands to Brussels! If I took a car and send it myself, it would be much faster!

I had to deal twice with them, the first time with Amazon, I had to get the parcel the next day (obviously from the tracking I see it's on delivery but I'm staying out of the box all day)! I get the parcel the next day. The second time I make an order from another site and I send it to the SAME ADDRESS, look and in the afternoon the tracking tells me that there is a problem and contact dhl ... Seeing the situation from tracking does not unlock, I call again and they tell me that I need to rescheduled the delivery for Friday, ask if you can modify but nothing! ok I have to wait. Too long, no good service.
