The most common tracking number format is a combination of 18 alphabetic and numeric characters, usually starting with "1Z" (e.g. 1Z 9999 9999 9999 9999). Some other less common formats may also exist.

Mala experiencia. No me dan dureccion donde recoger mi paquete

My experience with this delivery "1Z3213726790819972" is very bad. On Nov 7 morining, someone called my mobile, due to meeting, I was not able to pick up. And since I could not recognize the number, I did not call back. Then another call was made in the afternoon and asked me to be home right away to pick up the delivery, but I was in the office and was not able to come home in such a short notice. So delivery person and I agreed that delivery shall be made again on Nov 10 morning time and I will be waiting at home. Before Nov 7, there was zero notification, neither by email nor by message. Even when the delivery guy did not reach me in the morning call, I did not get any message from him or UPS informing me this delivery. Now it is 12:45 on Nov 10, and I have been waiting at home the whole morning. Up to now, nobody called, nobody showed up. I have postponed all my meetings to the afternoon time to make myself available in the morning. Now, I don't know what to do, whether I should keep waiting or going to office to do my work. Sorry to say, comparing to my previous DHL service, even comparing to small local company;s delivery service, this UPS experience is extremely disappointing. Regards,

I do not know why UPS gets negative feedback. It seemed to me that they were great guys. They brought me two packages. But I felt asleep soundly and at first did not hear them. They did not leave, but waited and knocked again. Then I woke up and went out to them. It was nice to receive your parcels from a nice young man who patiently and politely knocked, waiting for the recipient of the package. I recommend

It is very unpleasant to have such an experience with a global company. I ordered for almost 55 euro express delivery - I think that the payment for the service is decent. But I was not able to deliver the package normally! Something went wrong and they postponed delivery the next day. After that, they tried to deliver the package four times, but each time was unsuccessful. Then I wanted to return the parcel to the sender, but it had already arrived damaged!

The courier service deserves a positive response! Of the four packages, three parcels arrived on time, within a week - I think this is a good result. About the fourth premise ... I was told that the driver broke the truck, so the delivery is postponed the next day, so it all happened. I was satisfied with the service, because I received all my goods almost on time! They apologized for the slight delay in front of me
